Areas of Interests
Chronic Pain
I have a strong interest in working with individuals experiencing Chronic Pain and unexplained somatic symptoms. These experiences are often misunderstood, minimized, or misdiagnosed, leaving people feeling frustrated, dismissed, and isolated. I deeply acknowledge the emotional toll this can take. My approach is grounded in compassion, validation, and a commitment to listening to and understanding each person’s unique story and experience. Through evidence-based support, I aim to help clients feel seen, understood, and empowered in navigating both the physical and emotional aspects of their wellbeing.
Women's Mental Health
I am also particularly passionate about supporting women through mental health concerns such as Pre-Menstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD), Perinatal and Perimenopause. These phases can be challenging and are often minimized or misunderstood. I strive to create a space where women’s experiences are validated and approached with sensitivity and care. By combining evidence-based strategies with empathetic support, I work to help women regain a sense of balance and empowerment during these transitional periods.
